ParkPH will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
ParkPH may require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification at any point. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and any winings derived from abusive bonus activity will be forfeited.

ParkPH does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and law enforcement when legally required.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ParkPH's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ParkPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, particularly where these Terms and Conditions have been violated. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
Players who wish to close their own accounts may do so by contacting ParkPH support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed under self-exclusion may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reopening requests are considered.
ParkPH reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
